I have owned some iteration of this mask for several years. What I like about this product is that the controls allow it to get hot enough to actually melt the oils in your oil glands. Most eye doctors are surprised to hear this. But I have had a procedure in the office that liquifies the old, hard, crusted oil in my glands until those glands were clear. Then I’ve followed it up every day with this heated dry eye mask, and by the next year, the oil in my glands is still flowing so freely that I didn’t need to schedule a yearly IPL or radiofrequency treatment. The mask isn’t the cure, but it does keep me more comfortable over a longer period of time, and when I am disciplined about using it, I can save money on those expensive follow-up treatments.

I also appreciate the company. I received the first mask as a gift, and when it shorted out and stopped working within the first few months, they were willing to replace the product for free. By then, they’d already updated the product, and so sent me an improved version. Several years later, the heating element finally died, so instead of seeking a free one I just bought another outright. Again, the product has been updated and improved, and now includes the softest, machine-washable covers, enhancing the feeling that I’m giving myself a luxurious eye treatment. The company and product are both quality and I highly recommend.

The mask does the trick for my dry eyes. Finally something that gives true relieve. Very comfortable to wear, also so easy to use.

Bought this through my Dr office- been using it for 2 wks & loved it, but then it stopped heating up properly- I have to use heat setting 10 to get it close to setting 1 & one side is warmer than the other. Hoping I can get a refund or replacement.
