Initially I was skeptical about my doctor’s recommendation of the “Wizard”.
Well, shame on me! My eyes feel great after using it, and I’ve had some great naps induced by it. It has really helped with my dry eye problem! Highly recommended!

This is my second Wizard Heated Eye Mask. Indeed I must be pleased with how It has improved my Dry eyes or I would not be back for a replacement unit. That being said I would hope they will continue to improve the quality of their product. The new wire connection between the mask and the control and control and the plug is improved over the previous model. This still in my opinion, could be improved? At less then a year the connection between the older mask and control failed making control of the settings difficult. Happy with how it helped improve the oil flow to moisten my Dry eyes. I simply replaced it with a new one. The new wires are heavier and better insulated and connected more effectively between the control and the mask?
It does how ever have a tendency to coil very tightly on it's self and I hope my attempts to over come this tight coiling effect will not damage the wires inside? At this point the heat setting I use nightly remains consistent. At a point with my original mask I began to need to increase the previous setting to have the desired effect. Will this occur as an indicator of eminent failure of my new mask? I suppose time will tell? What is of greatest importance to me is that using the mask has I feel, helped my my dry eye to have not advanced to a point where my Dr says eye surgery is necessary. I find I am using drops less frequently to combat my dry eye and have considerably fewer days where my vision deteriorates to a point where everything involving vision stops and I just head for bed, use drops and my mask and close my eyes. Hoping for quality improvement to the mask unit it self so that it will have a longer life expectancy? At this juncture however when this mask fails I will be replacing it. The mask has a I feel made a positive improvement to my dry eye and as long as I can avoid the cost and discomfort of eye surgery I will count on your products best effects.
