So far so good. Was super frustrated with warning compresses that lasted about 30 seconds. This is easy to use and has numerous settings and timer.

Loved it but stopped working on one side

Loved this mask while it worked but suddenly only one side, the right one by the cable is heating up. Very dissapointed.

Excellent Product Keeps Getting Better

I find the Wizard Electric (plug in) Heated Eye Mask to be a reliable and easy way to perform warm compresses for dry eye. The company keeps improving the product. I'm on my third one now, and each version has welcome refinements. I'm particularly pleased with the new audible signal that the time has expired and the improved and more intuitive control panel, which allows for easy adjustment of time and heat level. The adjustable head strap holds the mask in place without putting too much pressure on the eyes. Highly recommend.

Wizard Dry Eye Relief Mask is FABULOUS!

I've used the Electric Heated Dry Eye Relief Mask for several years and it has improved my condition significantly. I recently had to replace my former mask and was without one for a week. The difference without using it was notable as light sensitivity increased. I highly recommend it to anyone with dry eyes.
