I had an older version of the eye mask for several years that I got from Sharper Image (I believe). I had somewhat dry eyes but lashes that kept getting shorter and thinner. I had read that clogged oil glands on the lids could cause this and decided to give the heated eye mask a try. I absolutely love the heat and could take a nap while it's on! It has helped my lashes recover, and also helps with my itchy eyes (either from dryness or allergies). The newer controller is nicer as well, with a wider range of temperatures. Well done; I'm sold on this gadget.

Dry tired eyes at night, followed by 10 minutes of dry eye relief from the electric heated mask and wake up with refreshed eyes ready for the day.

I have used other heated eye masks for dry eye for many years. I like the Wizard version because the heat level and time can be minutely adjusted to your preference. I also appreciate the On/Off switch. However, I do find that the eye mask itself is rather stiff - not soft or particularly comfortable. You can feel the wires in the mask pressing on your eyes during use. I will use this mask, but would not recommend it to others.

So much easier to use than the masks you have to heat up in the microwave. The temperature also stays consistently warm for the entire 10 minutes. Very easy to use when traveling.

So far so good. Was super frustrated with warning compresses that lasted about 30 seconds. This is easy to use and has numerous settings and timer.
