Noticing improvement after a week

I've been using the mask for about a week and am noticing an improvement. It is so much more convenient than wet compresses, and easy to use with the control that sets time and temperature. I appreciate that the instructions also contain a reminder about follow-up eye hygiene after every session.

Slow Shipping

I ordered a mask on August 28. It shipped almost a week later (after I called today to ask about ship status) and won’t arrive for another week - that’s 2 weeks since I ordered.

Website leads you to believe they are in Los Angeles from their address and phone number. The mask shipped from Brooklyn.

This mask better be good for $100. Many times more money than any others. If it’s not significantly better than the cheaper ones I will return it. I’ve tried them all.

They are not starting off with a good impression. Of course I was charged right away when I ordered. Kinda feels like a scam. We will see.

I had an older version of the eye mask...

I had an older version of the eye mask for several years that I got from Sharper Image (I believe). I had somewhat dry eyes but lashes that kept getting shorter and thinner. I had read that clogged oil glands on the lids could cause this and decided to give the heated eye mask a try. I absolutely love the heat and could take a nap while it's on! It has helped my lashes recover, and also helps with my itchy eyes (either from dryness or allergies). The newer controller is nicer as well, with a wider range of temperatures. Well done; I'm sold on this gadget.
