Specially designed eye pads position the mask approximately 15 mm away from the skin, helping distribute the light while providing comfortable space around the eyes, nose and mouth.

Which light should I use?

Choose the light mode based on your primary skincare goal.

Red + Near-Infrared (630 + 850 nm): Best suited for a rejuvenating skincare routine focused on the appearance of fine lines, elasticity, uneven tone and overall skin appearance.

Blue (415 nm): Designed for oily and blemish-prone skin and improving the appearance of blemishes, inflammation and visible pores.

How long should I use the mask?

The controller allows you to select 10, 15, 20 or 30-minute treatments. Do not use the mask for more than 30 total minutes per day.

Which intensity should I use?

There are three energy levels. We recommend starting at the lowest level for your first treatment.

If your skin responds comfortably, you can gradually increase the intensity. Sensitive skin should remain at the lowest setting.

Should I use skincare products underneath the mask?

The user guide instructs you to begin treatment with a clean face after removing all makeup. After your LED session, continue with your usual skincare routine.

Do I need to stay plugged into the wall while using it?

No. The controller contains a 2600 mAh rechargeable battery. Charge the controller first, then connect the mask to the controller for treatment.

Do not use the mask while the controller itself is charging.

Can I wash the mask?

The mask is rated IP67 and may be rinsed under running water only after it has been completely disconnected from the controller. Charging ports and connections should remain dry.

Yes. Before your first facial treatment, perform a sensitivity test by placing the device against the inner arm and running a 10-minute treatment.
