Wizard Research began with a very personal experience. My wife was struggling with persistent eye pain, and after weeks of discomfort, we finally turned to an eye doctor for
answers. After a thorough exam, he explained that she had dry eye - a condition we had never even heard of.

The doctor’s only recommendation was to go to the drugstore, buy a microwaveable eye pad, heat it up, and wear it for 10 minutes. We quickly realized the problem: the mask would only stay warm for two or three minutes before cooling off, which meant constantly running back and forth to the microwave just to finish one session.

At our next appointment, I told the doctor how frustrating and ineffective the process was. His response was simple: “That’s all we have available.” So I asked him - could I create something better? His reply: “Go ahead, be my guest.”

That challenge became our mission. From that moment, the Wizard Research Heated Dry Eye Mask was created - designed to deliver consistent, therapeutic heat without the hassle, and to bring the lasting relief my wife so desperately needed.
