Loved this mask while it worked but suddenly only one side, the right one by the cable is heating up. Very dissapointed.

I find the Wizard Electric (plug in) Heated Eye Mask to be a reliable and easy way to perform warm compresses for dry eye. The company keeps improving the product. I'm on my third one now, and each version has welcome refinements. I'm particularly pleased with the new audible signal that the time has expired and the improved and more intuitive control panel, which allows for easy adjustment of time and heat level. The adjustable head strap holds the mask in place without putting too much pressure on the eyes. Highly recommend.

I've used the Electric Heated Dry Eye Relief Mask for several years and it has improved my condition significantly. I recently had to replace my former mask and was without one for a week. The difference without using it was notable as light sensitivity increased. I highly recommend it to anyone with dry eyes.

Love the smaller profile of the eye mask which actually touches your eye lids. No more dead battery, ready when needed, super adjustable and easy ro use and very comfortable. Plus ... it actually works! Couldn't be happier.

This Wizard Dry Eye mask is very helpful and following the instructions I've been able to use it with moist heat as prescribed by my doctor. The only problem I have is with the operation of the optional 'beep' function. It is easy to fall asleep with the warmth and the beep is helpful in alerting that the mask has to be removed. The beep seems to operate only once after it's set, it does not beep at end of following uses then even tho' the icon shows that it's ON. This is frustrating. Other than that, the mask is extremely helpful with dry eye problems.
